Mykines mountains, puffins and view with a local guide
Experience Mykines on this 4 hours hiking tour with the local guide Oda W. Andreasen, who has lived on Mykines 5 years and moved from the island in 2023, now operating as a guide all around the Faroe Islands based in Tórshavn.
I will show you the best views and birdwatching spots and tell you the story about Mykines, the legends, about sheep and farming, geology and the puffins and birdlife on the island.
We hike in the outfields to the viewpoint Norðara Nesgjógv where we get an amazing view of the birdcliffs on the north side of the island. From here we hike along the edge north of the village and see views and puffins. We also walk in the village and to Kumlar Bay where I tell you about the famous Mikines Painter and village life.
I guide in scandinavian, english and german.
I also offer hiking tours to mountaintop Knúkur 560 metres with amazing view upon request.

The price is incl. transport to Sørvágur harbour, boat tour to Mykines, hiking fee and guided tour.
Min. price dkk 2.995,-/pers. min. 2 persons for a whole day tour, 3-4 hours hiking with me as your guide on Mykines.
